Warm room.fan?

I live in an apartment complex that tends to be warm. I'm setting up a 10g and I'm noticing that it's having trouble staying between 78F and 79f. Would having a small fan blow on the tank help? I can't put my A/C in the window until May 1. I may also put some fans by the two large tanks and the 20L to help keep them from getting too hot. The 75g I keep @ 82F for angelfish. Thoughts, suggestions.

I used a fan on a reef tank with controller before and I could keep it 5 degrees Fahrenheit cooler than it would normally be.

Having a fan blow across the top will definitely help cool down the aquarium a bit. You'd be surprised at how effective evaporation can be.

Of course, you will have to top off more regularly to compensate for the extra evaporation though.

Why does it need to be between 78F and 79F?
