C02 when solenoid off?

I just noticed that C02 is still coming out when the solenoid is off.

Does anyone know why? Here's a video. You'll noticed the solenoid's light is off to indicate it's not powered on. I disconnected the solenoid's power cable to ensure no power is being sent to the solenoid.

solenoid is messing about, without going silly, give it a tap with something hard, like handle of a screwdriver. just whack it, lightly, maybe sticky solenoid valve. if not, remove co2 from aquarium to avoid gassing fish overnight

It shouldn't be doing that. Your solenoid valve isn't closing all the way. Like the above suggestion, give it a sharp tap, but not too hard and see if it gets unstuck.

An update on this. I contacted GLA support and they promptly informed me to remove the 2 screws in the pic and quickly plug/unplug the power to burst out the C02. The solenoid has been shutting off properly for a couple weeks now.
