Titanium heater + thermocube?

Hi everyone! I found this intriguing device called a Thermocube...basically an electrical outlet that turns on at about 35 degrees and turns off at 45 degrees. Can I combine this with a 300-400 watt titanium aquarium heater to keep a small (about 20 gallon) water garden liquid during early spring (early April-early May)? The water garden is going to be in a 70" by 36" by 36" greenhouse on my back patio, and needs to keep that greenhouse above freezing during that time, so it's gonna need to be heated a little (obviously the thermocube would need to be in the greenhouse to work as desired). Doesn't need to be very warm, though...during that time the only plants will be water hawthorn (blooms from freezing to low 70's) and perhaps hornwort. Thanks

It could work, but for the price difference, I would suggest an inkbird controller. They are only around $30 and would allow a higher degree of control and would be controlled by water temp rather than the ambient temp.
