Bubble Counter Losing Fluid

Hi, I've setup a GLA C02 system a couple weeks on June 23. Initially, I filled the bubble counter 2/3 with water. Currently, the water is down to 1/3.

Is this rate of evaporation normal and the bubble counter needs to be refilled? I noticed there's condensation inside the bubble counter, i'm not sure if that relevant. I did check for leaks using a soapy solution on the base and top of the bubble counter but didn't see any obvious bubbles.

That's quiet normal as the fluid gets pushed out with co2.
