Theoretical 600G Tank

I currently have a 75G, in the future I plan on getting a massive tank, about 600G built to my specs (140 long, 21 high, 48wide), and was wondering how I would QT fish for that tank, to insure no disease gets in, if even possible. Would I QT with everything possible, or would that be a bad idea? I was thinking a few rounds of prazi food, then a few of levamisole food, then 3 months observation. It sounds like OCD, but I can't imagine treating a tank that big in case of disease.

Quarantine as you normally would (should be doing); in a smaller aquarium. Keep new fish in the quarantine tank for a sufficient period of time (3 months should be more than enough) to ensure they don't have any diseases, before transferring them over.

I must say, a 600 gallon aquarium is certainly an ambitious goal; be sure that your floor can support its weight!

Yep you better think long and hard about 600gal. Iíve seen a basement concrete floor develops cracks under a 300gal tank. 2.5 tons is a lot of weight on a small area.
