weird looking shrimps from red rili tank

i have been breeding shrimps for a while now. I got these 2 really nice looking shrimps from my red dili tank, i decided to put them in a different tank to see if i can selective breed them. I notice their color shows a lot nicer when shine with a flash light, its like they have a really red glow on them. I tried it on my other shrimps and theres no glow at all. I took plenty of pictures so you guys can see. Sorry about the bad quality, but let me know what you guys think.
