Dolomite in a shrimp tank?

I was going to use some mineralized soil (from Bamaplants) in a shrimp tank. He includes dolomite and potash to add to the soil. I was going to omit the potash, but is the dolomite safe for shrimps (cherry)?

Best way to find out is use a tester shrimp if no certainty can be found
