ro every day or big changes?

Today I found one of my a cherry tanks has a gh of 15.

I want to reduce it to ~7ish

Should I change out 1 qt of water every day for pure ro (they are in remin ro now) for 20 days, or should I do big water change(s) to reduce it in half almost instantly?

They are in a tenner.

Opinions?
