shrimp and frogs

Has anyone done this before with success? Do the shrimp end up eaten or are they quick enough to escape frogs? Perhaps even small shrimps like neos are too big for frog mouths?

I wouldnt trust it, but if you really want the frog, you could try keeping it well fed so it doesnt get any ideas. on top of that, make sure its an actual dwarf frog and not the clawed version which gets larger.

Keep in mind those frogs are "rude" lol as far as they push and bulldoze everyone out of their way .

I don't think the shrimp would do well at all.

It depends on the type of frog. I've kept African dwarf frogs for years in my community tank, and they are the laziest, clumsiest eaters imaginable. Even when blood worms are dropped on their head with a turkey baster, they still barely eat. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that they might ambush a tiny shrimplet if it happened to walk right in front of its mouth, but I seriously doubt that they would do any real damage to the population.
