Can anyone ID this bug?

I was sitting enjoying my shrimp tank and I was watching an assassin snail enjoying his MTS lunch and then I saw this TINY thing crawl past him.

I know it's not planaria because I had that before and tank was treated for it so it's been clear since.

I seen it only once and all it did was come up from the gravel and then crawl right back down to the bottom of the tank.

Looks a little like a snail leech, but also looks like planaria.

thanks just5398 it was the cell phone zoom lol.

mordalphus I know it was not planaria because it did not have the unique triangle head. You cant see it clear but when it was going back down I could see if had a slim point shape head just like the side view.

Now lets say it is a snail leech should I worry?

He will make a great conversation starter when the boss comes over for a cocktail: "By the way, have I shown you my leech tank?"
