My Nano Shrimp Work tank - Aqueon Evolve 2g

Hello all!

I just figured I'd share my little work tank! This thing has really been a hit with people that come by my desk, it is also my first successful attempt to keep CRS!

Most of the plants, and shrimp as well as the substrate and all the hardscape I collected on Business trips.

Current FTS - Sorry about the reflection, it's just a Cell phone, and I can't switch the lights off here like I normally would at home.

Aw, they're cute! That's a cool tank layout, too.

Looks great! I've got shrimp in my Evolve4. I like them for shrimp. I look forward to seeing how your tank progresses.

Thank you!

I wedged a piece of Aquaclear filter foam that was cut down to size between the filter element and the holes. I originally had grand plans of using some kind of screen, but in the end this is much simpler and easier to fix if it doesn't work right.

I too look forward to seeing how this progresses. It's about 3 months old now, and already I'm surprised at the growth rate, this is with the stock light turned down a tick as well. Not good for a high light tank, but more than enough with no CO2!
