Cardinal shrimp molting ?

Do Cardinal Shrimp not molt as much as other shrimp? I never see any remains of molting but yet they are beginning to breed for me on a regular basis.

Is there something I need to add to the water to help assist?

FYI, I use RO with Salty Shrimp 7.5 and have recently started using IA leaves but they still prefer to graze on driftwood and large lava rocks. They rarely if ever eat man made foods.

I've had my cardinals about 1.5 years now. The first year they bred like crazy.... then all the sudden they stopped. I've had no babies in about 6 months now. And just like you guys, I never would see molting at all.

I don't mean to hi jack your thread, but any ideas as to why the would suddenly stop breeding?

I just checked the water parameters a while ago.

8.0 ph
6 gh
8 kh
198 tds
81 temp
0, 0, 0 amon, trate and trite.

Mine also rarely eat man made foods. Just algae from the rocks.

I'd love to know what happened?
