It would largely depend on the quality of the Rilis you have on hand. If they lack the full head and tail gear with the clear midsection, its likely they may throw a variety of patterns and colors. If you start with high grades, then the chances of them staying true is higher.
The same premise applies to Crystals and pretty much most other species of shrimp.
Breeding true is rare. I have only see tigers and tangerine tigers stay true to form when kept soley amongst their own species.
