Shrimp trap needed

I have 20ish shrimp in a 5 gallon glass jar that I would like to move to an aquarium. The jar has an opening diameter of about 5" so it's difficult to maneuver a net and they all skitter out as I'm pulling the net up. (Ok, so I'm not that coordinated either.) I don't want to just pour them out because there's substrate in there and they could get smashed. Anyone have suggestions???

With a large enough tube, you could just suck them out.... or lower the water enough that they don't have many places to swim?

You could use a small bottle with some food in it.
