Is doing a waterchange after molting bad?

Hi all,

I know that water changes can cause shrimps to molt, most often this is the case with my amanos. However, today seems to be the day many of them have decided to molt randomly and I had been planning to do a water change later today until I realized they were all molting. Would this be a bad idea? Should I wait a few days before doing a water change?

They might be molting if you fed them recently, too.

I would say go ahead with the water change anyway as shrimp will molt with, or without, water changes.

Awesome, thanks for the reassurance! Just wanted to make sure I wouldn't be doing any harm to the newly molted shrimp
