Having a scud problem need a patriot missle

Have had scuds for years without issues until I decided to build a shrimp tank. With no predation they have turned into a nucense. They are killing shrimp and eating plants. They have got to go. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF STUDS IN A PLANTED TANK???????
I want the nuclear option.

I wish you could send them to me! My fish eat them faster than they can reproduce!!

What if you got a small fish that would help keep their population in check without bothering your shrimp? I keep H. Formosa with my shrimp without any issues and they keep the scuds from over-populating.
