Scutariella Japonica?

So looking at my shrimp today I noticed one particular shrimp with some strange white stuff around where his antennae meet. I've read up a bit on shrimp diseases and parasites and am thinking that it might be the start of a parasite infestation. It seems to fit with the symptoms for scutariella japonica but seeing as this is my first shrimp tank and my first shrimp problem I thought I might run it by you guys and see what you think.

Sorry for the blurry pictures, the phone camera is the only one I got and these were the best out of the bunch that I managed to snag. I've read that sutariella is mostly harmless but I'd still probably want to get rid of it if I could. Appreciate any advice.

Edit: Should also re-emphasize that this is the only shrimp that I can observe that has this little white stuff on his nose.

Sure looks like it. Easily treated for what that's worth. Catch him out right away and give him a salt dip.

prazipro will knock it out very fast without killing fish, shrimp, plants or the bio filter in my own experience.

First picture I don't see anything really noticeable.... second picture? I'd say probably! If it's the white thing in the middle at the end?

BTW, there are clip on macro lenses you can buy for phones. Some are downright cheap where-as others are more expensive.

Yea the first pic seems pretty normal as they tend to be fuzzy around their noses. The second pic does a better job of showing the area of concern. I will say that after getting home today I actually couldn't find the shrimp in question. Its a small 5 gallon tank with about 2 dozen shrimp in there so they can't hide too effectively from me so its a bit weird. Gave the one that I thought to be the culprit a salt bath but now I'm thinking maybe I was just seeing things. I'll still be pulling out their molts just in case but oh well.
