Ich treatment compatible with amano shrimp & dwarf puffer

Saw the first couple of tiny spots on neon tetras tail fin today. Just got them less than a week ago. One died last night (with no spots) but I think that's because he got trapped between rocks a couple times and hadn't been right since.

Anyway my tank also has a pea puffer and 3 amano shrimp as temporary residents to deal with a hair algae outbreak. I'm wondering if Ich Xwill be safe to use with the puffer and shrimp. I know about the temperature/salt treatment, but I thought it might be too hard on the shrimp. All these fish/inverts are new to this tank and probably already stressed and not sure what to do. All water parameters are good and typically at 80 degrees

Thanks for any experiences with this.

I can personally attest to Hikari ICH-X not harming scaleless fish or invertebrates.
