Gotta repeat myself regarding Bacter AE:

Quote:
How much are you feeding?

Quantity?

Your definition of not much may be someone else's definition of way too much. So it'd be good to rule that out.
With Bacter AE, it's pretty important that you're as specific as possible. Shrimp keepers have had tons of problems with it for a while. If you can, please be more specific in your response.

Yeah.... that's a lot of Bacter AE... lol

A *lot* of people wont even use more than what would fit on the tip of their finger. Some people have noticed deaths while using Bacter AE, one person had to completely stop using it altogether which stopped deaths entirely in their colony.

Test RO water, Improperly maintained RO systems can throw off Bacteria as well.
Second, were these imported or domestically raised shrimp?

Do you have an estimate for how many shrimp in the tank, you said they breed and you have bought 80.
Were they from the same seller?
What do you dose?
How often and how much are the water changes?
To much changes in water parameters can cause stress to shrimp as well. Its better to go slow with changes unless something catastrophic happens.
Do you treat for anything?
Was the tank new when you set it up or was it used?
Copper leach from prior treatments can cause issues if parameters change in the tank.

I know alot more experienced shrimper's can chime in these are just a few of the issues I know about.

Are there any other inhabitants in the tank (fish, etc).

That's an obscene amount. See what I meant earlier when asking you to be specific? You didn't think it was too much. I think it's so extreme that it's likely your problem.

I'd stop using the product entirely. Your shrimp (plural) will be fine without it.

Bacter AE's labeling frustrates me so much. You can't blame the hobbyists when there's a suggested feeding amount on the label of one scoop daily for a 30 gallon tank. Or two if heavily stocked! I don't know how most tanks could survive that honestly. In my opinion the scoop provided with Bacter AE is ridiculous. Dennerle makes a version of it with a spoon that's about 1/32nd that size and I might use a scoop full of *that* on 11 shrimp tanks. No exaggeration. I could not see myself feeding the amount in OP's photo to my 445 gallons of shrimp tanks. But based on the manufacturer's recommendations, OP is underfeeding.

Yes. That's about where I keep my shrimp tanks. I definitely don't find that warmer temps are beneficial, though they should grow at a faster rate. They also live shorter lives at higher temps, so that's not a good trade-off for me.

The shrimps came from a local breeder.
Water change 10% every 2 weeks.
I think there is 50 now.

Check the TDS. 0-10 is acceptable, anything else is bad.
