Wish I could provide more direction but it sounds like you are already doing everything you can and at this point in time it's a wait and see.... you can up the water changes as well. Hopefully some do survive.

I appreciate the help mate, you've done a lot already. At this point I know this is just a wait and see thing. Potentially another round of medicine when things calm down and water changes as you've said.

This thread will hopefully serve for anyone else in the future, I will continue to document the progress and see what comes of it.
Biggest question I have right now is the lifecycle of the illness. From contraction to death, how long?

50% water change today. Clearing up the cloudiness at least. The tank looks good, sadly some of the shrimp do not.
As previously stated I did not think this had spread as far as it had, tiny shrimp opaque white is not what you want. Will continue to cull those that wont survive. Limiting further spreading is the ultimate goal now.

What is the protocol on determining if the disease is cured or still spreading?
Should I see colour return to affected shrimp? My guess would be no is this is dead muscle. So how then do I determine if it is still progressing to others?
This can be a difficult hobby at times.
