Inactive MTS? Help

So i recently got some MTS for my 10g shrimp tank since i heard that their poop are beneficial for shrimp and they stir up gravel very well, but here's the thing, my MTS didn't move at all! They closed their trapdoor and some of them close it when i poked at it to see if it's dead. Well it's clearly not dead but it's not moving either, it's been 24 hours and they're still in the exact spot i dropped them in. So what's wrong with these snails?

When in doubt, post water parameters.
BTW, I know nothing about snails, but hopefully this will help in your search efforts.

If your shrimp are doing fine then they are likely acclimating to their new water parameters.
