Which substrate for TB Tank: Amazonia Regular/Light/Powder Type

I would like to know some pros and cons for Amazonia Regular/Light/Powder Type. Particularly about whether they have same buffering capacity/duration, cycling time and visual differences.

Thanks in advance!

You could try using Google and researching. There alot of info here and on YouTube about the difference in the ada..all I know is that the light leeches less ammonia..hope that helps abit.

Thanks, but I've done that already and couldn't find a lot of comparisons. Most were just about color and how Light contains and leeches less ammonia and phosphate. I just wanted to hear some first-hand experience and see if there are any significant differences in relation to keeping TBs.

I am leaning towards getting Amazonia Light and topping it off with Amazonia Regular since I like the lower ammonia leeching in Light but prefer the color in Regular.

Taiwan Bees. And ADA is the most accessible here beside Fluval Shrimp Stratum.

Just get the normal ADA and cycle it for 1-2m with/wo kickstart..Alot of people say good things about it and some only use ADA.
