Eggs Under Berried Shrimp Not Hatching and Dying

I need help or advice please!

I had 30 RCS in my tank for a good 3 months and water parameters seem right. I started getting a lot of berried shrimp expect my tank to explode with fry, but all the berried shrimp tend to die when its close or past time for the eggs to hatch (past 3 weeks). Its been somewhere from 7-10 berried shrimp die already and I just started to notice the trend.

I did notice the whole white lines on their shells when they die, like they really really have to molt but wont because they are berried. Is there a reason why the eggs aren't hatching on time, and if they are not hatching could it cause the berried shrimp to die since they wont molt? None of the males or non-berried females die, its only the berried shrimp past overdue on hatching.

I tracked a few of them by their markings, and they die at 3-4 weeks after they become berried. Help anyone?

Do you have details on your water parameters? Particularly hardness since it sounds like a molting problem.

I've seen some eggs not hatch on a neo with scutellaria, however the mother just shed even though the egg was still on the molt.

Also in my experience, it takes longer than 3 weeks for eggs to hatch, although temperature plays a role in that.

Please define "water parameters seem right"

Ammonia
Nitrites
Nitrates
GH
KH
TDS
Temp

Where did they come from?

What are you feeding them?

What are your water changes like?

Well...I have some mineral balls in my tank and I don't really have trouble breeding! And the shrimp don't have trouble molting either! Whatever the problem is, I think it's related to molting and the only course of action I can recommend is that you have something in your tank that is specifically made to help shrimp molt.

Are you sure they were berried and not ellobiopsidae?
