Question My shrimp is inactive most of the time

I have 1 Amano Shrimp that is about 3 inches.
He is not very active at all and mostly stationary.
Am I safe to assume that he reached the end of his life span?
I understand that some shrimps are afraid of some fishes but I have 6 neon tetras that are half of his size...

Amanos may be able to live for 6-10+ years.... as to why it's stationary, could be getting ready to molt? If it's not dead yet, that is.

How long has it been 'stationary' for?

I don't think he will grow any further. He move a bit but mostly stationary for 30 minutes or so. Also he doesn't seems to eat much at all...
