Fantasy Blue Shrimps Breeding Question.

I have neocaridinas and Cardinas both in one tank. I am in process of shifting neocaridinas to other tank and doing slowly as whenever I can catch them and ultimately will give to LFS for free because I don't want to maintain another shrimp tank.

However, I love the fantasy blue shrimps. Want to keep them with my Taiwan Bees but my main question is that if they breed will the babies blue too? My pH is 6 which is low for there liking so I am concerned if there babies will be blue or not. If not then I don't want to start more neocaridinas. Please advise.

They aren't dying the shrimp blue... so if you can manage to get blue shrimp to survive in your water, then yes, the babies will also be blue. However, when it comes to Neos, there's still going to be some amount of culling to keep the desired colors that you want.

Thanks yes I do understand there blue is not dyed. But I was only concerned if the low pH will affect the colors of frys. Anyways I removed them and kept them separate from Caridinas in there ideal pH and GH and tds.

neos are fine in most any conditions. their colors wont be effected by water conditions as they're based on genetics.
