Thin, Reddish worm in my tank?

Removed a driftwood and these came out.

Squeamish enough for me to do a large water change. Length varies, the longest I found is ~2cm long. Hopefully it's not Camallanus worms? Looks thinner than them. Hasn't add anything into the tank for the last 6 months, not sure where these buggers came from.

I have those too. I don’t think they are camallanus. I’ve also had those. Potassium permagrate will smoke them if the tank is empty
