to split or not to split

I just bought a bunch of beautifull bunch plants . It was in bunches o6 6 and I split them into bunches of 2-3. Now that they have shot down roots should I further split them up into individuals?

Bunch plants usually look better in ... bunches.

Other than that, it doesn't matter. Either they grow, or not. If they grow, you will soon have them coming out of your ears, and can then decide if to plant them in beautiful bunches of 24 or 48. If not, then they will disappear either way.

It really is preference. I've had better results with spacing my stem plants apart a bit so the lower leaves can get light (I have a 46g bow, which is relatively deep). Over time, most of them will produce side shoots and start to fill-in the gaps, and grow taller. Then you can replant and fill in gaps with the side shoots. For plants like Cabomba, I usually plant one stem at a time about 2 inches apart. For species like Rotalla, you can bunch them 2-3 at a time and they'll grow fine.

Re-boot!

I didn't mean to say it will disappear. I meant to say: A) if it grows, you will have a lot in no time OR B) if it doesn't grow, you will not have to worry about de-bunching it. Not very scientific from my side, just ignore my remarks, sometimes they make sense only to me
