How to keep high tech tank in balance

hi Everybody,

I'm new to planted aquarium. Just finished the cycling of the tank. Now trying to make the plants grow in my 5G tank. I have a CO2 diffuser, currently running at a low rate - 1 bubble/sec. Using 3.3W LED light which is 3" high from the surface. It gives 240 lumens of light and has 8k-10K temperature. Tank dimensions are 10"x10"x10".

What is the procedure to determine if the light is sufficient or not, and how long to keep the light on. How about the CO2? Also I'm dosing Equilibrium, Flourish, Excel, Potassium Nitrate (KNO3) and Potassium Mono Phosphate (KH2PO4). How to check if those are dosed properly.

Cant find proper guidelines online. Would appreciate any help.
