Odd creature in planted tank

So I saw a rather odd looking creature tonight in my planted tank... Wasn't able to snap a picture of it but it looked like a very small white worm crawling on the back of the tank on the glass. Almost like a maggot but really flat.

Anybody have ideas what this might have been? The fish were attempting to nibble at it

If you have shrimp yes. If it doesn't have a triangular shaped head it could just be a flat worm, and I believe those are harmless. Also could be detritus worm, those are harmless. Have you seen anymore?

No so far that was the only one. I don't have any shrimp at the moment to speak of.

Yeah that's what it looks like. I haven't been overfeeding though because I haven't been feeding at all. I've been without fish until recently for about 3 weeks.

Lol yea I had the same issue. I only have shrimp in my tank and feed less than most people would. I feed 2 times a week with a 1/2cm peace of food lol
