Safely moving a 29g tank with Crypts/RCS?

In about 4-5 days, I'll be moving about 3h30m away to another house. Any advice on how to safely catch all my shrimp and store them?

I also want to keep the substrate, hardscape, and plants where they are. My Crypts have finally established themselves after a month, and I don't wish to disturb their rooting. Is it still feasible to drain all of the tank water down to the substrate and transport a tank?

Not a guarantee, but likely that everything in it will slide to one end while going around a turn. BTDT
We dug out some gravel in one corner all the way to the bottom glass. Put a 2x4 under
the other end flat on the floor to tilt the tank towards the end with the depression in it.
Did this after I took out all water down to the sub. Then siphoned it again from the
hole that we made till near all of the water was out. Didn't stop it from sliding.

Bump: If your scape has any rocks larger than a pebble I'd take those out also.

The shortest distance between any two points is a straight the opposite direction...

Hmm. If it's best for me to tear down everything, perhaps I might take this opportunity to prepare setting up a new 40 breeder that I've always wanted.

What I'm most concerned about is having a stable to keep the RCS in before the new tank is completely safe to use. What should I do about them? I'll have an Aquaclear 70 that's already in my established month old tank
