For Those Suffering with Fish Sickness

I found this great youtuber that found a great product(s). I asked him in the comments about using these products with scaleless fish and plants; his answer was that while it doesn't harm them, these products shouldn't be used with inverts such as snails and shrimps.

Chloramine T: for white spot, flukes, and bacterial disease
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DCvFEXGD7mc

Kusuri Fluke-M and/or Fluke Solve Veterinary:internal parasites and flukes
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1X8VWDeX3PA

These products are for ponds so you'll have to do math to find the dose for your size of tank(s). I myself have not tried these myself, but I have watched a lot of his videos and trust his opinions.

This is just a post to share that products like these exist.

Oh, I didn't know chloramine T was on the market. I remember reading about its research maybe 5-7 years ago. It's like dosing chlorine to kill pathogens but safe for fish.

Yeah I read chloramine T could be used to actually cure columnaris.

There was another article that actually experimenting with levels of ammonia affecting fish size growth. It showed fish exposed to low levels of ammonia were stunted in growth, but actually after 41 days the fish would suddenly have a "healthy" (no deformity or other health issues) growth spurt and grow faster and larger than a fish exposed to no ammonia. Wouldnt recommend trying, but it is interesting.

Here's more info on it
Chloramine T Antibacterial Bath Treatment

It's not the drug I read about. It breaks down to regular chlorine and oxygen so use it with care.
The drug I read about has a form of chlorine that is safe against animal cell but not pathogen cells. I guess it's not out yet.
