What's going on here?

I recently started doing co2 on my 10 gallon (which I'll admit I neglected) and noticed today that my algea covered anubis barteri is releasing tiny bubbles from one of its torn leaves. Can someone explain what is going on with it?

It's called pearling.

This isn't pearling, it's from the damaged area.

It's the same in that it's oxygen, but it's not the same as when you hear people refer to it as pearling.

Pearling is from a healthy plant, creating oxygen, and holding O2 bubbles on the leaves, due to the water being fully saturated with O2, from my understanding.

This is pearling below. Steady streams of O2 are from damage from trimming or just damage from whatever else.

Its nothing to worry about; but as noted above its probably not true "pearling". I believe (but could definitely be mistaken here) that when plants release bubbles from damaged portions of leaves the bubbles are nitrogen and not oxygen.
