Will i get goid water circulation?

I have 2 530 GPH powerheads, in this configuration. Will I get good CO2 circulation of I am using an inline reactor?

Looks like a good layout: The spraybar and PH all point toward the front with some downward and outward.
I would test it by dropping something in there like slow sinking fish food, or anything at all that will show you how the water is flowing.

I dropped some normal flakes in and they quickly started going in circles on the side that I dropped the food in. I have a Dwarf gourami, neon tetras and some pristella tetras, is the flow OK for them?
