Working Pressure Keeps Dropping

i am having a problem keeping the pressure constant. Over time it slowly decreases and I have to raise the pressure slightly. I am running about 2 to 3 bubbles per second at a working pressure of 25 - 30 psi. I am using a milwaukee regulator. If I had the working pressure at the recommended 10 - 15 psi, the pressure would drop even faster on the low gauge. I heard somewhere that this happens to others with the same regulator. Anyone have a clue on what's going on and what I have to do? Thanks

Yeah, I had the same problem. DO NOT KEEP TURNING THE ADJUSTMENT KNOB (E)! I kept turning it and ended up blowing the diaphram. Luckily Milwaukee will replace it, but it is still a PITA.

The problem lies in the needle valve. I don't know why, but sometimes they come this way. Bloody shame they would even produce a product that is so inherent to failure. Anyhow, follow this procedure: http://www.milwaukeetesters.com/pdf/...lve_repair.pdf

and then set up again, but follow this procedure: http://www.milwaukeetesters.com/pdf/...0Procedure.pdf
