Nope. HC looks pretty much the same submerged or emmersed, except the leaf size increases w/ the latter.

That's a terrestial plant, w/ somewhat different leaf structure than HC.

Helxine (Soleirolia) soleirolii - Baby Tears Baby Tears is an old-fashioned moss-like creeping plant with tiny, round, deep green leaves. It prefers bright, indirect light. It grows about 4" tall and can spread as far as it has room to spread. Keep it evenly moist. Great houseplant! Great terrarium plant.

Baby Tears in planted aquariums are tipically sold as HC (Hemianthus Callichtroides) or HM (Hemianthus Micranthemum)
