Found a tank I want!

Found me what I consider a perfect tank for planting. It is a Marineland Cube series 30x30x19. The local shop had one in stock for $600 tank and stand. That paired with a TEK Light hanging over the top of it. The offered to order me one with starphire glass and 2 holes in the bottom so I could use it with lock line fittings. They know how much I love my ADA Tank and want some money there way.

Craig

Anyone else have one of the New Cube Series from Marineland?

That sounds awesome. What is it, like 60 gallons? I guess I'll look it up lol.

Looks like about 73 gallons. Sounds perfect for scaping to me. You gonna upgrade to a bigger tank, Craig?

Thinking about it. Perfect tank for CRS to have plenty of room to romp about.

Nah to big for my tastes. I like the 19 tall as I can reach all the way to the back of the tank and to the bottom without swimming.

Do you think that you will like a 30" aquarium using 24" lights?

The 36" model has better fitting lights available.

Yeah I know. If I can find a short enough one I would go with 36" but being a shrimp tank I want it to be easy to access. Also I may jsut consider a 150 MH suspended 18-20" above hte water and keep it lower light as that is what I'm working on now plant wise.

That would be the coolest shrimp tank ever.
