Another BBA eating fish

Crossocheilus Reticulatus (Reticulated Flying Fox)

My LFS had one of these in and instructed me that they would eat BBA. I usually trust his advice so I decided to give this fish a try and was surprised to see him start chomping on it within minutes after being added to my tank.

They get a little bit at 6 inches long but overall aren't much bigger than the SAEs. It will be interesting to see how it does long term.

Had one for a long while and they really do take care of the brush algae well. Only problem is that they tend to get aggressive/territorial with smaller fish. I would highly recommend them for algae consumption, but not in smaller community tanks.
