Filter question

I currently have an AquaClear 70 running on my 40 Breeder. I'm thinking about switching to an Eheim 2217 Canister filter. Where would I put the purigen and how much would I need?

Purigen recommends 1ml per gallon.

You could buy their bagged 100ml item or buy 250ml of purigen and their bag.
A normal filter sock will not hold this material it is very fine, 180 micron.

Growing is not that difficult.

Great filter choice! I use three different Eheim models. However, their GPH ratings are over rated.

I have two 2217's on my 75. In my setup, I would probably put it in my CO2 reactor.
