Wave Maker

Hi Pros,

I was wondering, do you guys use wave maker in the planted tank?
If you do so, could you recommend me what brand and watt which suit for my 50 gallon tank?

I have a Jebao RW-4 in my 75. I have it on it's lowest setting and that gives me strong flow. I am not sure if they make a smaller one or not, but I think it's too strong for your tank.

I have a Hydor Koralia Nano 240 in my 30 gallon. It works pretty well for me. You might want the next size up (Nano 425) for a 50 gallon - it really depends on how much flow you want. The 425 probably wouldn't be too much for any plants, but it might be for some fish.

Thank you for the respond, I think in my place kinda hard to get Hydor koralia and Jebao. However my LFS did sell Fluval CP1 (265GPH) and CP2 (425GPH). Was woundering if I use CP2 will it blow up my aquasoil?
