suction cups

so I'm rescaping today due to flow issues.
I have 2 of the turo d 800 little pumps.
they keep falling off and blowing substrate all over.
is there a remedy to get them to stick?

I have had suction cups that have "lost their suction" they just don't stick like they used to and are more brittle I think it's just a matter of the rubber/plastic deteriorating.

I'd say grab some at the LFS they usually have a few sizes and they're cheep

Sometimes you may have to mod the suction cups to fit on the mount point. I had to take a knife to an airline cup in order to get it to fit on my heater.

Sometimes if you have algae build up on your glass that can cause then not to stick good, or stick for a little while then fall off. GSA is really bad about causing this.

What a total f-ing nightmare this turned out to be!!!

all redone but took all day.

I will never ever purchase another anything from that piece of crap petsmart!!!!!!
