Newly setup 75g...so far

I recently had to re-do my 75g planted tank. It has CO2 via paintball using a Reactor 500 that is pointed towards the intake of my Fluval 305. I have a drop checker on the opposite side that made of DI water at kH 4 which is always yellow-green.

Equipment:
54w x 3 T5 10000k about 4in above tank (~2w/g) 10hr photoperiod
400w Theo Hydro heater (85F)
Flourite gravel over a thin layer of topsoil, sand, and peat
Dosing with KNO3 and Flourish complete, trace, excel (plenty of phosphate in tap)
30% water changes 2x a week now, but will reduce to 1x a week
Fluval 305 with purigen, Matrix, ceramic, floss
Magnum with ceramic and matrix or micron filter when needed
UV sterilizer (24w)

Fish
4 Cardinals
1 German Ram
1 Discus
1 Angel
1 Peacock Gudgeon
2 SAE
3 Otocilnus cats
3 Nerite snails

* Looking to add 16 more cardinals, 3 more Discus, and 5 Sterbai cory cats

It is actually 2 Nova extreme T5 x 2 54w. One bulb is standard 10k one is freshwater (pink). I removed one bulb (pink) from one of the units making it 54w x 3.
