Red face Love this website!

In all my time on the internet never before have I come across a website so devoted, well designed, and so populated with kind and caring individuals. I can constantly learn and improve my tank thanks to the creators and community. I feel like the Grinch on Christmas where his heart grew three times that day. With everything I read, see on the news, and experience in life was making me lose hope for humanity. Sure I know there are good people in the world and all but my perception of the percentage has increased twenty fold. I wish I had found the PT a year ago, it's given me confidence and a glimmer of hope for possibilities to come and literally lifted me out of depression. Love this hobby!

I agree, this is truly great website with a lot of pretty cool friendly users. I also really like this hobby. I've been around here since '08 and it's been all real good ever since IMO and still going I'm glad you have enjoyed your stay around here so far with all the good info and awesome planted aquarists helping out.. there's still more comin'! This hobby is relaxing to the eyes, great to unwind, and chill.. Nothing quite like the planted tank hobby imo.. though it can get quite expensive lol, if you're one that is prone to give in to temptations to the higher end techy equipments, rare plants, and/or other things usually associated to the planted tank hobby, but as long as you manage your finances, you're all set; just be careful haha I spent quite a bit in the past when I got really hyped into this hobby.. however I've slowed down quite a bit because of work, school, family & friends, etc. Gone low tech as of late haha.

Anyway, have a good one around here!

20 gallon - Sulawesi Golden rabbit snails/Japanese Trapdoor snails/RCS/Marbled crayfish tank
55 gallon - Rainbowfish Dutch scape low-tech planted tank

250 gallon - Community Tiger Oscar/Red hook silver dollar/Silver dollars/PB Jack Dempsey/Clown loaches/Tinfoil barb/Roseline sharks/Bala shark Monster fish tank
