Plant growth has slowed? Why?

So my tank is around 9-10 months old now.

Its a high tech setup, 3x1.5x1.5ft, 4x39w T5, pressurised co2. ADA aquasoil, liquid ferts.

Ive noticed the last month that my plants just arent growing like they used to, they arent pearling as much and generally arent looking as lush. I havnt changed anything though, if anything ive increased ferts.

Ive noticed my soil is really starting to look like its breaking down, i dont dare move any of the plants because the muck that comes with uprooting them is crazy.

So my theory is my tank has now become very much established and due to the high amount of growth and input the soil has run out of nutrients?

Maybe my globes need to be replaced, they arent 12 months old yet, they run 8 hours a day, there all fluval cant remember the exact names.

Its heavily planted, mostly stem plants. I was getting crazy growth to the point if i didnt trim weekly water flow would be reduced to much but now im not getting anything like that anymore.

Any suggestions? or ideas?

I'm having the same problem. I have a 40 long, 48"x13"x17", 2 54 T5HO, and CO2. My rotala indica is big, lush and bushy. But my ludwigia repens and wisteria have hit a wall it seems. I also have blyxa japonica, hydrocotyle tripartita (which is doing very well), and willow moss, which are doing pretty well too. But I can't figure out for the life of me what is going on with the ludwigia and wisteria. Both used to grow like weeds, but now it seems they are moving very slowly. I don't understand it.

I replenish root tabs every 2-3 months, dose fertilizers daily, keep up with water changes and R.O water for top offs. I don't even have algae anymore. Pretty confused haha.
