I just refilled my co2 like last week and today I noticed the bubble counter was going crazy like 50bps and the gauge says I'm low on gas.

Why is my pressurized co2 system running out of gas?

Also, why does pressurized co2 gas out when the tank is low? I can't keep a steady bps when the gas is low.

After some research, I've answered my own question.

Found two leaks with soap and spray bottle.

YES! It is true that a leak test is one of the cheapest but most neglected things we can do to save some money. When the tank pressure gets low, many single stage regs will not be able to control the output pressure and let to go so high it can gas the fish if there is not something else like a controller to shut things down. Sorry.

Out of curiosity, what size tank are you running. If more than 5lbs, that is a serious leak and one that could be heard if that much comes out. Once you fix your leaks and when your tank runs low, yank it at 400-500 psi if your running a single stage low budget regular with a low end needle valve setup. It's asking for a dump with those circumstances.
