Water temp?

Currently my tank is sitting at about 74-75 degrees. Inhabitants are RCS BN plecos snails and plants. Is this an ok temp or would it benefit me to bump it up?

You're OK. Anywhere between 72-82 degrees F for a Pleco is fine.

Look up the temp. range for both species and do the average of them. This is what I typically do. Most of the fish in our hobby do very well at 75-78 which is usually the middle of their overall range. Just make sure everything in your tank is within the temperature range that you are providing. This includes plants if you have them.

Water temp?

I checked all of the inhabitants seem to be in the 72-80 range. Is there any benefit to bumping it up?

Pretty much the activity of overall tank will be higher. Fish, plants and BB (beneficial bacteria). The metabolism is higher.

So where is a good spot? 76? I think I saw somewhere that RCS prefer there water on the cooler end of the spectrum, is this true?

I just recently found Aqadvisor after having my tank setup at 72 for a while, this gave me the same recommendation. Per your setup 76 ends up right in the middle of their recommendation which is also what everyone else is recommending.
