Why plants grow better at the back?

I wonder why plants at the front are some thin. The Blyxa Japonica are planted at the same time. The 2 at the front looks very bad vs the ones the back the tank.

Glosso also not grows well at the front. There are holes on the leaves. Is it leak of Potassium (K)? When I double dose the K last week, all my pumpkin shrimp died, and 3 amano shrimps died too while plants not much improvement. There are some small tadpole snails in the tank. Don't know if they cause the holes or not.

Could the filter be making the current too strong in some areas? Plants can get damaged if they are constantly getting hit with strong water flow. Gentle water flow is fine. Brings them more nutrients.

Light is even in back and front. Co2 diffuser is on the left. AC30 filter outflows to the front which is the only different, but I have already turn the current to the slowest
