Marsilea: minuta vs quadrifolia vs Crenata

Ive been told that Marsilea make good carpet plants for low light, low tech tanks. Ive read about 3 different types. Which will stay closet to the substrate and would look the nicest as a carpet plant? I know that the second question is personal preference but i trust you guys! Also any info on either 3 would be great!

Minuta, then crenata. Size of the plants lobes and distance from the substrate will be in part influenced by available light.
