freaking out please help!!

So I got some new plants today and decided I wanted to change things up a bit in my tank. So I start ripping up all the dwarf sag I had and I noticed these worms.. Are these things dangerous? Do I need to worry? Anything I should do?

Somehow I get the impression you intended for a photo to be on your post.

The shortest distance between any two points is a straight line...in the opposite direction...

There harmless there called planatirium worms or something to that effect not sure of correct spelling u usually get them if you tend to over feed your fish usually take care of them it's like a treat to them

What do you mean by harmful worms? There are a zillion diff kinds of worms that can be found in a aquarium if you have a pic of what you are talking about I'll help you try to identify it some worms reek havoc on your substrate some attach to fish

Planaria are easily distiguashable from helpful worms. Usually some form of detritus wirm which are beneficial for your tank. I dont get how people even get planeria confused with detritus worms

i found this worm on the back of this hygro.

i think its a worm or leech or something.

The ones in the substrate were not like this. but larger and more clear with redish brown in the middle.
