I might have a water circulation problem in fish tank

So I want to improve the circulation in my tank. I feel like the side opposite of the filter is just collection crap. My tank is a 60 gallon tank (48w x 13d x 24h), there is a brace in the middle so my filter is on one side. Itís a MARINELAND Penguin 350B Power Filter rated for a 70 gallon tank.

So I have a couple of options (that I can think of)

Option 1

Buy another filter or get a canister

Petsmart is having 50% off all MARINELAND products on black Friday. But my worries are wasting money and I am not sure where I could put the canister.

Option 2

I have an air pumps & air stones in storage. Should just use that?

Option 3

I have a really cheap powerhead in storage too. Should I just use that?

If u guys have any other ideas please let me know.
