Exclamation Need help identifying new tank invaders

Hey guys I recent got some eleocharis sp belem from another member. When I tossed them in a holding container I saw these little bugs all over. Can anyone please tell me what they are and how I can get rid of them? I don't want to infest my main tank.

I thought they were at first but they seem to only like hanging around above the edge of the water. Fortunately they are only in a quarantine container with the new belem I got since I was super paranoid about something like this happening Is there a way to get rid of them? they seem to be infesting all of the grass I got.

Id treat the powdered alum or something

bugs got into my tank and they are permanent

i use a guppy to control them, but remove guppy they are back in a week. that being said, they have some benefit. my fish never has to be fed, its going on 4 months its a fat as can be. guppies will pick leaf litter, algae and detritus as well so it turns out these bugs make my system need few to any actual feedings for ten shrimp and a guppy.

small old reef tank:

I heard that neem oil might get rid of them so I will try that first. Will tetras eat them? I want to avoid having to get extra fishes.
